I recently bought a 1990 TT. Apparently during one of its previous services the plenum was switched, and it now has a 1993+ plenum with throttle cover screw mounts. The plenum also appears to be from an NA as there is no evidence there ever was a "Twin Turbo" sticker on the PS runner. The throttle bodies have not been removed from the plenum. EGR, water lines, etc have been removed. My question: any significant difference, performance-wise, between TT and NA throttle bodies? I read in a forum somewhere a comment that TT bodies are better sealed to maintain boost pressure. If so, are pressure seals a retrofit? Thanks
